Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with the potential to earn a generous commission. Our Sales Executives are central to delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers during their car buying journey, making excellent service essential every time.

About the role

Sytner Select Bristol has an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in customer service or sales. You will communicate with customers to understand their needs and support them through the process of buying a new car. The role involves flexible working patterns, including weekends, to provide high levels of service. Alongside a salary and an achievable OTE of £37,520, benefits include discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague introduction reward scheme, discounted gym memberships, and discounts with popular high street retailers.

About You

You should have good interpersonal skills, enjoy engaging face-to-face with customers, and be passionate about delivering outstanding service. Candidates should have customer service experience in a retail environment as a minimum requirement. A full UK driving licence is also advantageous.
