About The Role

As a Sales Advisor at Learndirect, youll connect with warm leads learners ready to invest in their future and guide them to the right course using a consultative sales approach.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to warm leads no cold calling
  • Understanding learners goals and recommending the best course for their needs
  • Following a clear, FCA-compliant sales script
  • Enrolling learners and explaining the full learning package
  • Achieving daily KPIs within a high-performing team
  • Responding to enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and the website
