Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

We’re looking for a confident and driven Sales Executive with proven B2B outbound sales experience to join a fast-paced media company based in Birmingham City Centre. You’ll play a key role in developing new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships across digital media, print, and high-profile industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of the New Business team and reporting to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively generating new B2B leads through outbound calls and digital outreach
  • Pitching and presenting tailored advertising and sponsorship opportunities across print, digital, and event platforms
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Representing the brand at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Solid experience in B2B outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation
  • A proven track record of working towards and exceeding sales targets in a results-driven environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Self-motivation and a structured approach to managing your sales pipeline

Bonus if you also have:

  • International sales experience
  • Experience in media sales, events, or digital advertising
  • The ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced setting
