What you'll do day to day:

  • Guide customers through a seamless journey, from the initial welcome to negotiation and the handover of their purchased vehicle
  • Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry database
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge and continuously enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions
  • Recommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences
  • Ensure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals
