Job description

There are many people involved in the housebuilding process, all working together to ensure the continued success of Harron Homes.

This is a Regional role covering our North Midlands Developments: Doncaster, Chesterfield, North Nottinghamshire.

Key Purpose of the Role: Regional Sales Executive

To be responsible for achieving New Homes Sales, in line with set targets, maximising revenues and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Duties / Responsibilities
  1. Deal effectively with existing and prospective purchasers to ensure the best customer experience.
  2. Follow up promptly on leads received via email, telephone, Head Office, and Rightmove website.
  3. Maintain the Marketing Suite, Show Homes, and landscaping to the highest standards.
  4. Conduct weekly checks on signage and website accuracy, reporting issues to the Sales Manager.
  5. Research local competitors and produce monthly reports.
  6. Build positive relationships with local Estate Agents to attract leads.
  7. Research local amenities, education, retail outlets, and transport links.
  8. Promote Company Purchasing Assistance Incentives and Panel Solicitors.
  9. Identify issues with unsold units and propose action plans.
  10. Upsell Purchaser Extras to increase revenues.
  11. Ensure Standard Colour Choices and optional Extras are installed as per paperwork.
  12. Inspect completed units for defects and report to the Site Manager.
  13. Maintain weekly contact with purchasers and relevant parties to monitor sales progress.
  14. Ensure plots are ready for Home Tours and legal completions, conducting inspections and handovers professionally.
Experience & Skills

Experience within a housebuilding company in a similar role, with up-to-date knowledge of the industry and housing market. Excellent communication skills, proven sales track record, and knowledge of GDPR, Property Mis-descriptions Act, Data Protection Act, and Consumer Code for House Builders. Ability to work as part of a team and manage workload effectively.
