Sytner Group is excited to offer a Permanent Sales Executive role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to earn a generous commission.

Our Sales Executives are at the heart of delivering first-class customer experiences at our dealerships. As a Sales Executive, you will be the key point of contact for customers during their car buying journey, ensuring excellent service every time.

About The Role

Sytner Sunningdale has an exciting opportunity for candidates with some customer service or sales experience within the automotive sector. You will communicate with customers to understand and support their needs during the car purchasing process.

Sales Executives work flexible hours, often including weekends, to provide the highest level of service. Alongside a salary and achievable OTE of £50,000, benefits include a company car, subsidised manufacturer car schemes for your family, discounted MOT and servicing, a colleague referral scheme, discounted gym memberships, and retail discounts.

About You

Applicants should have automotive sales experience as a minimum requirement. You should possess good interpersonal skills, pride in engaging face-to-face with customers, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. A full UK driving licence is beneficial.

Please note, you may be asked to attend an assessment centre.
