Join our dynamic and diverse environment in the BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit as a Sales Excellence Partner.

Your role will be to design, develop, and deliver learning programmes that align with brand strategy plans. This will enhance the sales, clinical, and NHS knowledge and capabilities of your aligned business unit, allowing our customer-facing teams to operate at the top of their license.

Accountabilities:

As a Sales Excellence Partner, you will:

  1. Design, develop, and deliver industry-leading sales, clinical, and brand knowledge induction and capability enhancement programmes.
  2. Support new product launches and assess and respond to the evolving external and competitive environment.
  3. Advise on the best course of action, coordinate learning interventions, or lead the design and delivery of learning platforms.
  4. Lead or support strategic ‘above brand’ learning-related projects.
  5. Ensure compliance with all AZUK Governance Framework and ABPI.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • APBI qualified
  • Pharmaceutical experience (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access - customer facing experience desirable)
  • Coaching experience
  • Designing and delivering capability programmes in a highly matrixed and XF environment
  • Project Management
  • Stakeholder Management

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Advanced communication and influencing skills in complex and changing environment
  • Pharmaceutical Management experience (First Line)
  • Experience and evidence of learning design creation leading to lasting behaviour change
