Working as a Hospitality Sales & Events Manager you will join a team and lead proactive and reactive sales for one of the company’s premium restaurant partners in Mayfair.
As a Hospitality Sales & Events Manager you will be based in-venue five days a week, working closely with the restaurant and operations team to drive bookings and deliver an exceptional guest experience from enquiry through to execution.
This position is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality sales who is confident managing a high volume of enquiries and cultivating strong clients relationships.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Hospitality Sales & Events Manager will include:
Manage and Convert Enquiries: Proactively handle incoming private dining and event enquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings
Conduct Client Showrounds: Host professional showrounds for prospective clients, confidently guiding them through the booking process and showcasing our venue's unique selling points
Drive Repeat Business: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both corporate and private clients to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty
Develop New Business: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base and increase event and group booking revenue
Coordinate Bookings: Oversee the meticulous planning and coordination of all confirmed bookings, ensuring a seamless handover to the operations team for execution
Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to maximise our venue's visibility, drive event sales, and identify cross-promotional opportunities
Utilise CRM Systems: Use SevenRooms to efficiently manage all enquiries, maintain accurate client records, and generate comprehensive reports on key conversion metrics
Represent the Venue: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the venue at relevant networking and industry events to build our reputation and forge new connections
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Proven hospitality sales experience (restaurant, bar, private dining or event space)
Hands-on experience using SevenRooms (essential)
A natural relationship-builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence managing multiple enquiries and clients at different stages of the booking process
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and convert new sales opportunities
