Six by Nico is an innovative dining concept known for its ever-changing six-course tasting menus and immersive storytelling. We're looking for a talented Sales & Events Manager to lead our private dining and corporate event sales, delivering unforgettable experiences across our locations.

As the face of our private and group dining offering, you'll work closely with clients to design events that showcase Six by Nico's creativity and precision.

What you'll do

  • Drive proactive sales for private dining and corporate events across Six by Nico sites.
  • Build strong relationships with local and national corporate clients, agencies, and private groups.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound enquiries, ensuring a seamless client journey from first contact to event delivery.
  • Collaborate with chefs and operations teams to deliver bespoke, high-quality experiences.
  • Maintain and grow key accounts, securing repeat bookings and long-term partnerships.
  • Report on sales performance and pipeline to support wider business goals.

What we're looking for

  • Proven success in event sales within restaurants, hotels, or hospitality venues.
  • Strong understanding of premium dining and the corporate events market.
