The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospitality sales, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. Are you an experienced driven and dynamic sales professional with a flair for events? We’re looking for a Sales & Events Manager to lead the charge in growing our business by independently creating new leads having a strength for closing deals ensuring a high conversion rate, while creating memorable guest experiences at our thriving venue in Nottingham.
Role Purpose
As Sales & Events Manager, your primary focus will be sales generation, driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and converting inbound enquiries. You’ll work closely with your General Manager and our Head of Corporate Sales to ensure each booking runs smoothly from initial contact to post-event follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
20 Hours per week, including weekend work.
