Sales Estimator (Steel Fabrication)

Job Description

Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with an engineering company in the East Midlands area and they are looking to recruit an Estimator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm & Friday 8am-3:30pm

Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE

For the sales/estimator position, my client is looking for a well-experienced estimator with an existing track record of estimating and selling steel fabrication in the following sectors, with a working knowledge of CE marking standards up to and including EXC4:

Have you worked in the below?

1. Industrial steelwork background
2. Preferably from ground up (spent time on tools)
3. Experience in secondary steelwork installations (tight fit Spliced connections etc)
4. Staircase and platforms
5. Walkways and mezzanines
6. Chimneys and Ducting work

1. A minimum of 6 years' experience
2. Must have sold steel fabrication across their career
3. Good basic IT skills are essential to the role, such as Word/Excel/Outlook.
