Sales Estimator

Position Summary: Key activities include generating qualified leads, understanding customer needs, developing relationships with prospective clients, and providing detailed estimates and proposals for negotiated work. This role involves customer development, opportunity qualification, and delivering accurate bids with follow-up to clients identified by the sales vice president as suitable prospects.
Office and field environment with exposure to noise, temperature, and jobsite hazards such as ladders and construction materials.
Physical effort includes extensive sitting, standing, walking, typing, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Minimal travel; hours are not subject to overtime.
