Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience in Estimating or Sales, understands CAD drawings, and can work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Produce quotations for commercial systems in line with company standards.
• Coordinate sales layout drawings from the CAD team.
• Build and maintain relations within the fabrication department and internal teams.
• Source prices for non-standard equipment from HQ.
• Coordinate CAD-prepared sales layout drawings.
• Log and track sales progress, quotes and leads.
• Support the sales team with pricing and quotations.

Position: Sales Estimator
Location: Slough
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 - depending on experience

Our client is a well-established manufacturer and installer of commercial stainless-steel equipment for the hospitality and food industries who are seeking a Sales Estimator to join their team.

• Producing quotations for commercial systems in accordance with company standards and guidelines, including receiving quotation requests from the sales team and pricing accordingly


• Coordinating sales layout drawings from the CAD team


• Building on customer and employee relations within the fabrication department and internal teams


• Sourcing prices for non-standard equipment from the HQ


• Coordinating the sales layout drawings prepared by the CAD department


• Managing and logging sales progress, quotes and leads


• Previous experience within an Estimating or Sales related role


• Ability to understand CAD drawings and technical specifications is desirable


• An understanding of the water, waste and electrical services is beneficial


• Proficient with MS office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook


• Good communications & mathematical skills


• Based in a commutable distance of Slough


• Salary £32,000 - £38,000 depending on experience + Annual performance bonus


• Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 full-time, permanent position.
