Join Our Team as a BMS Sales Estimator - Manchester

Are you a commercially minded professional with a technical background in HVAC or building services? We're looking for a BMS Sales Estimator to join our growing team in Atherton, where you'll play a key role in shaping our customer proposals and driving project success.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Liaising with customers and suppliers to evaluate enquiries
  2. Using our BMS Selection Software to accurately calculate labour and material costs
  3. Producing detailed estimates that form the foundation of our customer quotations
  4. Managing and interpreting tender documentation, including project specs and technical drawings
  5. Supporting the Sales Team by promoting strong client relationships and upholding our brand
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Sales Estimator or in a Technical Sales role within HVAC, Electrical, or Fire Alarm sectors
  • Strong understanding of tender processes and technical documentation
  • Commercial awareness with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • A passion for client satisfaction and company growth

Location: Atherton

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
