As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a strategic technical advisor and solutions expert for clients across Europe, helping them uncover critical events as they unfold. This role combines technical acumen, client-facing communication, and a mission-driven purpose, empowering public and private sector organizations to respond faster and smarter. Ideal for professionals fluent in French (Spanish or Italian a plus), this position offers remote flexibility within the UK and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology transforming global risk intelligence.

Accountabilities:
  • Design tailored solutions by assessing customer needs and aligning them with platform capabilities.
  • Lead technical demonstrations that highlight real-time intelligence gathering across diverse data streams.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales process, partnering with account executives and integration teams.
  • Collaborate with clients to integrate alerts into third-party platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, SEIM, SOAR systems).
  • Provide onboarding, enablement, and training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback from clients to contribute to product innovation and development.
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote the platform's value.
Requirements
  • French native-speaking or fluent working proficiency is required; Spanish or Italian proficiency highly preferred.
  • Must be based in the UK and eligible to obtain NATO Secret clearance.
  • 2-4+ years in a technical sales or pre-sales engineering role within SaaS, cybersecurity, or related sectors.
  • Proven experience in designing and presenting technical solutions for large public sector or enterprise clients.
  • Background in integrating software platforms with third-party systems; experience with SIEM, SOAR, TIP tools is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as endpoint detection, incident response, and threat intelligence.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Certifications like CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or SANS are a plus.
