Overview

Sales Engineer - South West

Location: South West (GL/MP postcode areas preferred, with good motorway access)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The Role

We're looking for a driven and engaging Sales Consultant to grow business across the South West region. You'll be focused on machine and device manufacturers, working with senior management, engineers, and supply chain teams to deliver value-led solutions.

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Building and executing a regional sales plan
  • Developing relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Promoting value propositions and solutions to new and existing clients
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and markets
  • Collaborating with distributor sales partners
  • Maintaining accurate sales activity records in CRM
The Person

We're looking for someone with drive, competitiveness, and excellent people skills. If you're motivated to win, love building relationships, and are always looking for a better way of doing things, you\'ll fit right in.

Sales experience is preferred, ideally with a technical or engineering background, but attitude and motivation are more important.
