Sales Engineer / Estimator
Location: Dudley Area
Salary: £30k - £33.5k negotiable dependant on experience Plus Bonus

Accurate Laser Cutting Ltd is a leading sheet metal sub-contractor based in Oldbury, West Midlands. Established in 2005, we offer bespoke laser cutting and forming services to a wide range of industries across the UK.

Our team and location

Within our busy sales team, we focus on customer service and pride ourselves on our ability to turn around quotations quickly. We handle various engineering sectors and materials, making the role diverse. Our convenient location on the outskirts of Dudley, West Midlands, makes us easily accessible by bus, car, and train.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings
• Basic CAD experience is essential
• Good understanding of sheet metal and fabrication techniques
• High level of customer care and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, confident telephone manner
• Ability to thrive in a busy sales office

Responsibilities

• Use advanced quoting software to handle large volumes of quotations, CAD files, sketches, telephone enquiries, and samples
• Follow up on quotations to secure orders
• Communicate effectively with customers to find manufacturing solutions
• Work within a small but busy sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Manager

Working hours and expectations

8-5 Monday to Friday. Reliability and punctuality are essential.
