Responsibilities
Drive significant revenue growth within the sales territory, primarily through fire sprinkler contractor partners.
Expand existing accounts and target new accounts through strategic sales efforts.
Conduct data mining for new sales leads using lead generation systems, social media, and internet searches.
Engage in cold calling, follow-up on sales-qualified leads, and establish relationships with new contacts.
Provide education, training, and development for existing accounts, along with face-to-face customer meetings and presentations.
Handle CRM data entry, maintain organized records, and provide moderate technical expertise during the sales process; expect 50-70% travel
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in a technical sales engineering environment
3+ years’ experience in a similar position such as Outside Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Sales Engineer
Identify and prioritize high-value sales activities that drive significant results.
Expand and manage an existing portfolio of clients within a defined sales territory, driving consistent growth.
Territory Travel: Conduct regular regional travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and support business development efforts.
