Sales Engineer - Airports
Reports to: Senior Manager Sales Engineering
Location: London Heathrow
The area you will be working in focuses on the development of the Airports and Parcel segment in the EMEA LATAM region (Northern Europe and Middle East). Your department also supports other Vanderlande customer centres globally in Sales Layout Engineering, Sales Engineering, and Sales Consultancy. To support growth and future readiness, we are looking for a Sales Engineer to strengthen our team.
As a Sales Engineer, your challenge is to identify customer goals and requirements early in the sales process and translate this into a technical solution that balances technology and competitive pricing. You will support, challenge, and collaborate with the sales manager during pre-bid, bid, and closing phases to secure projects. You should also be able to prepare and present technical content convincingly to customers.
