The Job:

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Industry: Enterprise SaaS

Working Set-Up: Remote set-up

Salary - Basic salary of £65,000-£75,000 + bonus of up to 20% + OTE

Interview process: 3 stages (virtual)

The Role:

One of our long standing global SaaS clients is making an incredibly exciting hire for their sales team! They're looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to come in and play a crucial role in pre-sales to win new clients. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with their delivery and product teams to find the optimal fit of the product in line with the clients needs.

This position blends sales, technical and functional know-how, and an understanding of cloud / systems architecture. You'll work to engage clients, deliver highly technical solutions, run critical workshops, and shape overall product strategy. The Person:

5+ years experience in a similar role Blend of customer facing skills, strong technical understanding and presentation skills Technical and functional understanding of software platforms and APIs Proven experience of delivering complex software solutions Experience delivering software solution into large retail business is desirable Experience with retail or hospitality solutions is desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Google Cloud Platform is desirable
