Bluetree Group, the UK’s largest online printer, seeks an ambitious outbound sales specialist to drive product penetration across an active trade client base. You will not cold call; you will expand existing relationships, promote new product lines, and grow spend with Route 1 Print.

Join a fast-paced team with a strong training programme, a high-tech manufacturing hub, and competitive earnings (OTE). Office-based in Manvers, Rotherham, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with weekly pay and growing

Responsabilités

• Execute daily outbound campaigns into existing trade resellers and warm sign-ups.
• Audit current order habits to uncover cross-sell opportunities in new product categories.
• Understand competition and leverage USPs to boost retention and growth.
• Guide customers through product innovations and samples to expand category spend.
• Re-engage dormant accounts to secure repeat spend across lines.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and track follow-ups on pricing inquiries.

At Route 1 Print, we are the UK's leading trade printer. While our 165,000 sq ft high-tech manufacturing hub processes over 10,000 trade orders each week, thousands of our existing partners are only buying a fraction of what we produce. That's where you come in. We are looking for an ambitious, outbound sales specialist to drive product and category penetration across our existing and registered customer base. You will not be making cold calls to blind directories; every customer you contact already knows us, holds an active trade account, or has recently registered. Your goal is simple: uncover what they are buying elsewhere, introduce relevant new product lines, and grow our share of their print spend.

No prior print industry experience is needed. If you have the tenacity, pace, and telephone presence honed in a fast-paced outbound call centre environment, our dedicated training programme will teach you the technical details.

Route 1 Print puts significant emphasis on deploying the latest tech, enabling us to stay one step ahead of our competition. We were the first company in the world to invest in nanographic printing technology with the purchase of a Landa S10 (Wait until you see it, it's like a spaceship) we decided to do one better and get 2, with the latest S10P now in operation.

About the position:

• Salary between £28,000 - £34,000 - OTE £46,000
• This position is office based 5 days a week at our office in Manvers, Rotherham.
• Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
• Weekly pay, every Friday

Key responsibilities:

• Targeted Outbound Campaigns: Execute daily outbound calling campaigns into existing trade resellers and warm sign-ups to identify untapped product categories.
• White-Space Discovery: Engage business owners, print buyers, and designers to audit their current order habits, uncovering cross-sell opportunities in product categories they are not yet purchasing through us.
• Competitive Strategy: Truly understand the competition. Use our unique selling propositions (USPs) to increase both partner retention and acquisition.
• Sample & Product Seeding: Guide customers through our product innovations, finishes, and paper stocks, using targeted sample packs and competitive pricing comparisons to convert single-product buyers into multi-category partners.
• Account Development & Re-engagement: Reconnect with accounts whose purchasing frequency has dipped, identifying barriers to order and securing repeat spend across diverse lines.
• High-Paced Pipeline Management: Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, track contact rates, follow up on pricing inquiries, and systematically progress

About you:

• Outbound Telephone Background: Proven track record in a target-driven outbound environment (outbound call centre, telemarketing, B2B outbound, or high-volume internal sales).
• Cross-Selling Instinct: Natural curiosity to ask open, probing questions that uncover unmet client needs rather than just taking single-item orders.
• Resilience & Work Ethic: Confident managing high-volume outbound calling rhythms with a proactive, structured approach to your daily pipeline.
• Commercial Acumen: Comfortable discussing margins, order frequencies, and value propositions to demonstrate why consolidating print spend with Route 1 Print boosts our partners' bottom line.
• Coachability: Eager to learn our product ecosystem and adapt quickly to fast-moving sales campaigns.

Bluetree's combined office, production, and training facilities are in Wath Upon Dearne, which is close to Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, and Doncaster.
