Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales training across multiple platforms (in-person, virtual, hybrid).
• Recognised training qualification such as ETA, CTP or equivalent.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into practical learning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales-focused learning across the business.
• Coach and develop colleagues to embed learning into practice.
• Design practical learning solutions with facilitator guides, workbooks and digital content.
• Measure training impact through feedback and performance data.
• Coordinate training delivery and keep learning materials up to date.
