Job Description:

Purpose of Position

The Senior Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing sales training programs for NetJets Europe. Collaborating with the NJE Organization Development team, this role investigates sales processes and designs courses to equip the sales team with necessary skills and knowledge, helping them excel in their roles.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales Management and stakeholders to define training curricula for sales roles to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and analyze skills gaps to improve performance.
  • Develop and maintain sales training programs, including refresher courses.
  • Collaborate with global enablement teams to develop cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer programs to internal SMEs.
  • Coach sales managers to strengthen their teams.
  • Develop onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Deliver ongoing training using diverse media and materials.
  • Manage and optimize the sales training budget.
  • Ensure sales information is clear and well-communicated.
  • Become a credible expert in sales topics to influence the team.
  • Provide daily support to the sales team.
  • Measure training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Education

Bachelor's in Management or Marketing

Experience

4-6 years of relevant experience in sales training and working with senior management.
