New Contract Opportunity: Sales Enablement & Customer Success – Meta / WhatsApp Business Messaging

We’re hiring! Join a dynamic contract role supporting Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging platform—driving sales enablement and customer success for one of the world’s most impactful communication tools.

Contract Duration: 6 months (through end of year) may be longer :)

Location: Flexible/Remote (depending on candidate)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in sales enablement, customer success, or partner management within the business messaging space. Experience with WhatsApp for Business is highly preferred, but expertise with other messaging platforms such as CPaaS will also be considered.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead consultative discovery to uncover customer and sales team needs
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and drive outcomes
  • Deliver training sessions and workshops that empower teams and partners
  • Support strategic initiatives that drive adoption and customer success on the WhatsApp platform
