We’re hiring! Join a dynamic contract role supporting Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging platform—driving sales enablement and customer success for one of the world’s most impactful communication tools.

About the Role:
This role is perfect for someone with deep experience in sales enablement, customer success, or partner management within the business messaging space. Experience with WhatsApp for Business is highly preferred, but expertise with other messaging platforms will also be considered. e.g CPaaS
What You’ll Do:
️ Lead consultative discovery to uncover customer and sales team needs
️ Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and drive outcomes
️ Deliver training sessions and workshops that empower teams and partners
️ Support strategic initiatives that drive adoption and customer success on the WhatsApp platform
Your Background:
Proven experience in B2B tech, ideally in messaging or SaaS platforms
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
Able to simplify complexity and create actionable content
Comfortable engaging cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
