Are you passionate about enhancing sales effectiveness through strategic training and learning facilitation? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing business acumen and readiness to sell, ensuring our sales team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. You will work closely with leaders and stakeholders to support business initiatives through learning strategies.

In this role, you will:

  • Increase Team Effectiveness:Enhance the effectiveness of the sales team through onboarding, product and tool updates, continuing education, and ongoing coaching.

  • Develop Learning Frameworks and Standards:build the foundations and frameworks for training planning and facilitation for the wider Sales Excellence Team to follow at scale

  • Design and Implement Training Programs:Develop and execute a comprehensive Tactical Learning Strategy and Roadmap, including onboarding, product updates, continuing education, and ongoing coaching.

  • Collaborate with Leaders:Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to align learning strategies with business goals, enhancing sales performance.

  • Facilitate Learning:Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring content is engaging and effective. Provide direct training when needed.

  • Content Creation:Develop and manage training materials, integrating them into daily sales workflows using tools like Salesforce and Seismic.

  • Optimize Tools:Enhance the CMS tools to drive global scale and automate enablement channels.

  • Measure Success:Establish metrics for training effectiveness, linking outcomes to business performance indicators and tracking results.

  • Continuous Improvement:Identify and address gaps in knowledge, recommending and implementing training solutions.

  • Feedback Integration:Use feedback channels to continuously improve training programs and ensure they meet the needs of the sales team.

  • Project Management:Lead and manage projects related to training and enablement, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic priorities.

  • Stakeholder Relationships:Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and objectives, balance priorities and deliver impactful solutions.

Experience and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate or agency environment; travel and/or tech industry experience preferred in training and facilitation, with a high level of capability in both in-person and virtual settings.

  • Strong background in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with in-depth knowledge of optimizing productivity and engaging sales teams to deliver results.

  • Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, building strong relationships across the organization.

  • Proficient in design tools such as PPT, Canva, iMovie, and Figma to create engaging content.

  • Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable steps.

  • Ability to determine the right content, tools, and channels for release to sales.

  • Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and continuously improving training effectiveness, with an understanding of how to evaluate the success of initiatives against KPIs and demonstrate commercial impact.

  • Highly organized with excellent project management, multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple demands and shifting priorities.

  • Creative, responsible, high-energy, eager to work with other departments and independently.

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Highly fluent in English.
