We are now seeking a passionate Sales Enablement Manager to join our Sales Performance Team and play a vital role in our next chapter of growth.

What you'll do

Be a catalyst for high performance and team success by:

  • Designing and delivering onboarding and ramp-up programmes.
  • Developing best practice processes, playbooks, and training initiatives.
  • Manage and refine the RfX centralised knowledge base and train RfX best practices and manage submissions to ensure consistent high quality and improve RfX win rates.
  • Creating and maintaining impactful sales collateral in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Driving optimal adoption of the sales tech stack.
  • Improving key sales metrics such as win rates, sales velocity, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Acting as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure full alignment.

What we're looking for

We seek an energetic and strategic enabler who:

  • Has 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience within SaaS/Tech.
  • Brings proven expertise in MEDDPICC and complex sales methodologies.
  • Experience supporting sales teams to qualify/ disqualify and sell via RfX, ensuring consistent levels of quality, and industry leading win rates.
  • Has a strong track record of measurable impact through enablement initiatives.
  • Excels in communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Combines deep analytical skills with a sharp business mindset.
  • Is passionate about creating exceptional sales experiences and enabling success.
