  • Be driven by the need to create solutions that are scalable and will work today; and when we are at 500% of that.
  • Oversee assessment centres and onboarding; enabling new hires to successfully ramp up and deliver revenue within expected timeframes.
  • Develop and manage a centralised repository of sales enablement materials, including case studies, presentations, and training guides.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product to ensure alignment of sales content with brand messaging and product updates.
  • Leverage CRM and sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and targeted training interventions.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards for all enablement programmes; taking action as necessary.

What else do I need to be successful in this role?

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales operations within the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales training programmes.
  • In-depth understanding of sales methodologies, best practices, and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and adapt messages to diverse personas.
  • Talent for quickly building rapport and maintaining engagement.
  • A growth mindset and "can-do" attitude.

What can we offer you?
