The Company: A fast-growing, award-winning technology company based in Zurich, specialising in cloud-based software solutions aimed at digitising meeting management. Their proprietary system is designed to transform meetings from unproductive sessions into value-driven events, streamlining decision-making processes for management teams across Europe. The company’s client base includes well-established medium to large enterprises across various sectors.

Role Overview:

The company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join their dynamic and international team, based in London office 2 days per week. This individual will be essential in equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and training necessary to drive customer acquisition and retention. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a passionate team of sales professionals. Must have SaaS experience!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a variety of high-quality, engaging sales materials, including presentations, call scripts, case studies, and competitive intelligence resources.
  • Act as the primary expert and resource for sales team members, providing consultation on sales calls, discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and pitches.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding and training programmes to accelerate the ramp-up of new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills to succeed quickly.
  • Analyse sales performance metrics and work closely with sales leadership to create and roll out initiatives that enhance team productivity, effectiveness, and overall sales growth.
  • Provide ongoing support to align messaging, processes, and sales tactics across the sales team.
