We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our London-based team and help elevate our commercial performance. In this role, you’ll work across Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure our go-to-market teams are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and strategic insights they need to win — and win well.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and deliver enablement programs that align with our sales strategy and customer journey
  • Develop playbooks, training sessions, onboarding frameworks, and continuous learning resources
  • Translate complex product and market information into clear, compelling collateral
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales leadership to identify gaps, optimize processes, and drive performance
  • Use data to track impact, refine initiatives, and continually raise the bar

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Product Marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment
  • A structured yet creative approach to training and content development
  • Excellent communication skills and an ability to work seamlessly across commercial and technical teams
