Position

As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that support sales growth and improve the effectiveness of our enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic and related tools). You\u2019ll work on complex, high-impact challenges requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

You\u2019ll be part of the Enablement and Data Management team, which leads the evolution of our Distribution technology and data capabilities to better support client-facing teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape how tools and insights are leveraged across the organization to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and continuous support to the International and Global Distribution teams, ensuring effective adoption and optimal use of enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic)
  • Support strategic initiatives for International Distribution, including launching a client automated email platform and promoting AI functionality
  • Partner with Product Management and Enterprise Technology to drive user related strategic enhancements to the enablement platform
  • Analyze, develop and work with the cross functional stakeholders to drive change that will enhance the client experience
  • Help to define requirements and scope across projects, and support quality assurance testing on tech release items
  • Provide reporting which tracks milestones and metrics
  • Support Distribution leadership with data analytics and supporting materials
Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for improving sales processes and systems. You bring strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives to completion.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, including defining scope, gathering requirements, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to build clear, data-driven presentations and reports
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce including familiarity with reporting, dashboards, user management, and process optimization
  • Experience with Seismic or similar enablement platforms
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to quickly acquire new concepts and skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a focus on execution and results
  • Able to work flexible hours when needed
  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or higher
