Job summary

Canada Life in London is seeking an Advisor Support Associate to join our Financial Solutions Centre. You will provide value-added sales and client service support to help Financial Service Representatives grow the business.

You will deliver strategic sales support, administrative services, and outstanding customer service while maintaining compliance and working within a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
• Advisor Support Associate experience in Financial Services or Insurance is preferred.
• Post-secondary education required.
• IFIC Mutual Fund or Canadian Securities Course and/or LLQP Insurance licensing is an asset.
• Salesforce knowledge is an asset.
• Understanding of how a sales organization operates.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic sales support to Financial Service Representatives to help meet sales goals.
• Deliver defined administrative services within the Financial Solutions Centre.
• Offer outstanding customer service and support by putting the customer first.
• Collaborate with partners to support growth of existing clients and new business.
• Follow administrative processes and maintain compliance standards.
