Job description

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 circa, depending on experience

Hours: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month 8.30am-12.30pm paid as overtime

Location: East Sussex - this is a rural office, so you must be a driver & have your own transport

This is a fantastic new opportunity due to expansion within the company to work for a high-end product supplier. You will be the first point of contact for customers, so strong customer service, sales support, and client account management experience are essential. You must also have strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and CRM systems.

Your duties will include:

1. Advising customers on products
2. Processing sales orders and providing after-sales customer service
3. Managing sales and social media channels, including eBay, Amazon, Instagram, and Facebook
4. Providing quotes to customers based on their requirements and following up as needed
