Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Growing sensor sales revenue in regional and global key accounts
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with other Danfoss sales teams
  • Collaborating with sales teams and customers to understand customer applications and needs for Sensing products
  • Driving OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment
  • Managing the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash generation, including product guidance, selection, and technical support
  • Developing and maintaining action plans for key OEMs
  • Reviewing opportunities in Salesforce, both directly owned and shared
  • Developing strategic segment pricing, programs, and promotions
  • Generating sales and demand forecasts based on business plans and market conditions
  • Coordinating sales and support activities with application engineers
  • Monitoring industry, segment, and competitor trends
  • Coordinating marketing activities to attract and support distributors
  • Ensuring seamless coordination between sales and other departments such as product management, logistics, customer service, and engineering
Ideal Candidate Skills
  • Experience in B2B, OEM manufacturing sales or support functions
