Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Grow sensor sales revenue in regional and global key accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Danfoss sales teams.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and customers to understand customer applications and needs for Sensing products.
  • Drive OEM and distribution sales within the HVAC/R segment.
  • Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to cash collection, including product guidance, selection, and technical support.
  • Develop and maintain action plans for key OEMs.
  • Maintain opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Develop strategic pricing, programs, and promotions.
  • Generate sales forecasts based on business plans and conditions.
  • Coordinate sales activities with application engineers.
  • Monitor industry, segment, and competitor trends.
  • Coordinate marketing activities to attract and support distributors.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between sales and other departments.

Ideal Candidate Skills:

  • Experience in B2B OEM manufacturing sales or support functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or finance.
