Wood Innovations Ltd invites a motivated Sales & Despatch Representative to join our growing team. You will handle sales orders, help customers, and coordinate haulage with freight partners, aiming to meet KPIs and contribute to growth. A proactive, team-oriented approach and strong communication are essential.

You will work normal office hours in a hands-on role requiring reliable teamwork and independent initiative, with training provided on products and ERP processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Services.
• Proficient in MS Office and Windows.
• Experience with sales order processes and ERP.
• Excellent communication and customer care.
• Self-motivated, organized, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and manage the sales inbox.
• Verify orders and customer data, and arrange delivery documentation.
• Prepare haulage manifests and coordinate with freight providers.
• Handle customer queries, stock availability, and delivery times.
• Support telesales and assist sales representatives.
• Provide product information and upsell where appropriate.
• Collaborate with other departments and maintain admin duties.
