Known for its tailored investment solutions and institutional-quality service, the firm is committed to client alignment and operates without product pushing or conflicts of interest.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and business development initiatives across the UK and or Europe.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow relationships with UHNWIs, family offices.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the London HQ to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke investment and wealth management solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth while upholding the firm’s values of independence, client alignment, and service excellence.

About You

  • Proven track record in sales leadership within financial services, investment management, or family office environments.
  • Deep network among UK UHNWIs, family offices, regional agnostic.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building teams or new business units.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Based in London or willing to travel as required.
