Sales Director – Oxford

Location: Oxford

Salary: £40,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE up to £122,500)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional Saturday hours as required)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Director to take charge of the Oxford market for a highly respected and growing property business. This role is perfect for a driven and entrepreneurial sales leader who is eager to establish and expand a high-performing sales operation. You will be responsible for developing new business, converting leads, and delivering exceptional results in a highly competitive market. With a generous commission structure, this role provides outstanding earning potential and career progression. The position offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of the Oxford patch and drive success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Grow the Oxford sales market through proactive lead generation, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Leadership: Take ownership of the sales function, developing and implementing strategies to maximise revenue.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders to enhance the company’s market presence.
  • Lead Management: Work closely with the wider team to convert high-quality leads into successful sales.
  • Performance Management: Track and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside senior leadership to shape the future of the Oxford sales operation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in property sales at a senior level, ideally in a leadership or business development role.
  • A self-starter with the ability to take ownership of a market and drive growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Exceptional client relationship management with a consultative and professional approach.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with senior leadership.
  • An ambitious, results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering revenue growth.

Earnings & Commission Structure

  • £40,000 base salary
  • Commission at 18% for the first £250,000 in fee income, giving a total OTE of £85,000 at that level.
  • Commission at 15% for income between £250,000 and £500,000, with a total OTE of £122,500 at this level.
  • Minimum guaranteed earnings of £60,000 for the first three months, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
  • Regular commission reviews as the Oxford market grows.
