Remuneration: £70,000 + Bonus and Commission

The role involves:

• Managing a small team of two electrical wholesale field sales professionals, with immediate recruitment of two specification field salespeople
• Developing marketing and sales strategies in collaboration with the Managing Director
• Supporting existing team in selling low voltage circuit protection electrical equipment, including consumer units, main switches, RCBOs, MCBs, RCDs, surge protection devices, industrial plugs & sockets, and rotary isolator switches
• Building relationships with electrical contractors and leading a dedicated sales team focused on project specifications
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding into national electrical wholesalers and buying groups
• Developing and implementing product pricing, regional coverage, and promotional plans

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in the low voltage circuit protection market
• Senior-level experience such as Managing Director, Marketing Director, Sales Director, Technical Director, or R&D Director
• Open to candidates nearing or past retirement, leveraging market knowledge and experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of single-phase and three-phase consumer units
• Strategic management, marketing, contract law, financial management, and negotiation skills
• Over 10 years of sales and marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role
