A leading consulting firm is seeking a high-performing Sales Director to drive strategic growth across enterprise clients. This is a permanent role based in London, offering a competitive salary of 220,000- 260,000 plus package, with hybrid working and occasional travel to client sites across the UK and Europe.

If you're a consultative seller with strong CXO relationships and a passion for cloud, data, and AI, this is your opportunity to lead transformative engagements in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Role Overview

You'll work closely with the AVP of Sales, Head of Development, and Head of Emerging Technology to define and execute go-to-market strategies, close high-value deals, and help clients modernise their data ecosystems and cloud investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan to acquire new enterprise clients.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships across complex buying cycles.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business development to generate pipeline.
  • Lead RFP and proposal processes with pre-sales and delivery teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning consulting solutions with client business goals.
  • Drive co-sell opportunities with strategic partners.
  • Travel to client sites across the UK and Europe as needed.


What You'll Bring

  • 10-15 years of success in enterprise technology sales, with a strong focus on cloud digital transformations, data, and AI.
  • Proven experience selling into large enterprises using a consultative, value-based approach.
  • Strong network of CXO-level contacts and ability to navigate complex buying cycles.
  • Deep understanding of modern data stacks, cloud platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
