We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Invoice Finance / ABL Sales Director to join our team. This senior role requires a strong regional presence in the marketplace to identify and deliver high quality new business opportunities through the design and implementation of bespoke invoice finance solutions. This role involves supporting businesses, new and existing clients with turnovers from £25 million to £100m, and implementing Invoice Finance / ABL facilities.

LOCATION(S): Bristol
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at an office hub mentioned above.

This role involves supporting businesses, new and existing clients with turnovers from £25 million to £100m, and implementing Invoice Finance / ABL facilities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage, develop, and deliver new Invoice Finance and ABL opportunities in the Mid Corporate sector (£25m - £150m Turnover – mid-tier companies, multinational corporates, etc.)
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive Invoice Finance and ABL opportunities and long-term growth.
  • Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance of proposed financial requirements, then develop and provide an Invoice Finance / ABL solution as necessary, with guidance from senior colleagues and/or supervising activities performed by a financial product development / specialist team.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with coverage colleagues and key business introducers to ensure effective delivery.
  • Lead the structuring of financial solutions and negotiate deals to drive success.

What You’ll Need

  • Successful track record in providing Invoice Finance / ABL facilities
  • Strong credit assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex financial information and structure appropriate solutions.
  • Commercially proficient with validated experience of leading strategic, high-value transactions from origination through to execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage credibly at senior levels both internally and externally.
  • A collaborative and empowering leadership style that builds capability, drives performance, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
