We’re on the hunt for a Sales Director to lead new business across the UK & EMEA for a high-growth InsureTech company transforming how insurers work — from underwriting and policy admin to claims and customer experience.

If you’ve got a track record of closing high-value SaaS deals into the insurance sector and thrive in fast-paced, high-trust environments, this is your moment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving strategic new business across Tier 1 & Tier 2 insurers, MGAs, and brokers
  • Owning complex, consultative sales cycles from lead to close
  • Engaging with Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Innovation, and Transformation Leaders
  • Shaping go-to-market plans and collaborating closely with product, pre-sales, and marketing
  • Representing the brand at industry events, conferences, and client workshops
