An ambitious and fast-growing commercial finance brokerage is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to take ownership of its talented sales team and drive the next phase of growth.

With strong momentum, an established team of 17+ salespeople, and bold expansion plans, the business is primed for scale and needs a proven leader to create structure, consistency, and a high-performance culture.

The Role:
  • Define and drive a clear, motivating sales vision and culture.
  • Establish KPIs, build scalable processes, and set high-performance standards.
  • Coach and develop the full team, lifting overall capability, not just focusing on top performers.
  • Take full ownership of day-to-day sales operations.
  • Design systems and frameworks to enable sustainable growth.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation and outbound strategy.
  • Lead from the front, bringing energy, visibility, and belief every day.
About You:
  • 5+ years experience in senior sales leadership (Sales Director, Head of Sales, or similar).
  • Proven experience managing sales teams of 15+ people, ideally within finance, lending, or brokerage sectors.
  • Strong commercial finance knowledge (commercial loans and asset finance experience preferred).
  • Expertise in CRM-driven performance management (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
  • A track record of building high-performing teams, improving results, and scaling sales operations.
  • A motivational leadership style that fosters focus, professionalism, and ambition.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and business support teams.
