Join a rapidly evolving fund services team as Sales Director and take ownership of driving revenue across key markets. You’ll play a critical role in scaling the client base, shaping commercial blueprints, and positioning solutions. This role operates in a global investment function and outsourcing provider to support the growth of its international fund services division.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for private equity fund administration services across Europe.
  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities, prepare tailored proposals, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to successfully close deals.
  • Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and industry influencers to support business growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each prospect’s business model and effectively align solutions to their operational and strategic needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the European private equity landscape.
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences, seminars, and events, supporting brand visibility and business development.
  • Be prepared for frequent travel across Europe to meet clients and attend industry engagements.
  • Stay current on regulatory developments and market conditions ensuring alignment with client expectations and business practices.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent maintenance of internal systems and data, supporting team coordination and data integrity.
  • Comply with all applicable FCA regulations and internal compliance requirements
