Responsibilities
  • Driving growth across a multi‑solution SaaS portfolio
  • Protecting and expanding an existing book of business
  • Building long‑term client partnerships at C‑level and beyond
  • Own regional revenue performance and retention across key enterprise clients
  • Build and execute account strategies to unlock new use cases and opportunities
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high‑performing team
  • Drive best practices in governance, forecasting, and customer engagement
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and advocacy

You’ll set the standard for excellence, creating account strategies, implementing governance frameworks, and coaching your team to consistently exceed revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications
