As the successful Sales Director, you will lead our client’s customer engagement and growth plan as they expand their portfolio of customers and look to drive retention of core customers. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Food Teams, along with internal stakeholder groups. Your responsibilities include market analysis, strategic sales planning, identifying and prioritising commercial targets, developing menus and food promotions, ensuring brand and communication excellence, resource allocation, and designing tenders and proposal packages to achieve forecasted growth.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about food and eager to grow with a business that has a unique USP. It is a vital role for our client as they continue to expand.
Salary: Up to £100,000 with an attractive benefits package including bonus, car allowance, and other LTIPs.
Location: Hybrid working – approximately 2 days in West London.
