Role Summary:
This role is responsible for developing and leading our team of sales people in Europe, who are responsible for growing Videndum's revenue through the acquisition of new strategic accounts and maximizing revenues with current customers. The incumbent will support the growth of sales regions in Europe by driving the team to find, develop and close opportunities in the marketplace, whilst supporting them with the systems, processes and training to enhance the customer experience.
The incumbent needs to develop relationships internally with teams that can support the sales process to grow Videndum's overall customer base. New account prospecting and customer account acquisition will be achieved through a consultative selling approach that provides customers with highly effective and innovative product solutions. This role combines sales leadership, product knowledge and operational skills to execute and exceed the agreed sales and profit targets for Videndum's business within the defined strategic accounts base.
The role has Sales Managers reporting to it who are based in 5 countries across Europe and it reports to the VP Strategic Sales who has responsibility for Sales in US, Europe and Middle East. The role is focussed on Sales within the 'Broadcast' part of our industry.
This is a home based role that requires significant travel through the region to support the Sales team and customers.
