Role Overview

The Sales Director will report to the VP of Sales, EMEA, within NiCE Actimize. The role involves leading an international sales team focused on the NiCE suite of AML, Fraud, and Case Management software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet quarterly and annual targets, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals.
  • Develop team capabilities in consultative selling and operational disciplines.
  • Implement regional sales strategies.
  • Manage the EMEA territory directly.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to maximize client engagement and business success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and clients, including senior executives.
  • Develop operational structures to optimize team performance, including account planning, opportunity reviews, and training.
  • Represent the Actimize business unit as an ambassador.
  • Oversee RFI and bid processes.
  • Negotiate and close contracts.
  • Promote best sales practices and utilize tools like Salesforce.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in banking sector and regulatory requirements in EMEA.
  • Sales leadership experience in financial services enterprise software.
  • Proven success selling to Tier 1 & 2 banks globally.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions with high-value contracts.
  • Strong industry contacts and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to articulate the value of NiCE Actimize solutions.
  • Leadership and coaching skills.
  • Creative, commercially savvy, energetic, and organized.
  • Degree or MBA required.
