Job Description:

We’re partnering with a well-established technology group from Asia that is making its first major push into the UK and European markets. They’re seeking a Sales Director to lead this expansion, driving growth in the EV charging products and electronic solutions space.

This is a pivotal role - you’ll be at the forefront of building their presence in a new market, shaping strategy, opening doors, and laying the foundation for long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand the edge of the business and shape the growth strategy for EV related products and new energy solutions across the UK and European markets
  • Own the sales process end-to-end from identifying opportunities to closing high-value deals
  • Access the need of building a local team upon settling to achieve a long term growth
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders, leveraging your industry network to unlock new revenue streams
  • Translate market insights into action, working with product, marketing, and operations teams to refine offerings and ensure market fit
  • Monitor market trends & competitors, adjusting strategies to stay ahead and maintain competitive positioning
What we’re looking for:
  • At least 8 years of business development / sales experience, with at least 4 in a leadership role
  • A strong track record in B2B sales, ideally in electronics, or related tech sectors, candidates with great track record in other B2B sectors are also welcome
  • Commercially astute, analytical, and comfortable managing multi-million revenue targets
  • Comfortable and driven enough to building things from the ground up
  • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in other languages such as Chinese/ German/ French etc. will be a plus
  • Based in London with flexibility to travel when necessary
  • Eligible to work in the UK without company visa sponsorship
