LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Reading, Watford

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, involving at least two days per week or 40% of your time at one of our office sites.

Our Asset Finance Team delivers vital lending and cashflow solutions to trading businesses across the UK. This growth area within Lloyds Banking Group offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career. Lead a high-performing team and make a significant impact.

We seek a strategic sales leader responsible for driving quality business growth, leading a team of specialists, and delivering excellent client outcomes in the Mid-Corporate market. You will be pivotal in strategic transactions, resource management, talent development, and influencing business direction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and develop a team of asset finance sales specialists, fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture aligned with Lloyds Banking Group values.

  • Maintain a strong personal and team presence in the marketplace, promoting a growth mindset and client-first approach.

  • Guide the origination and execution of complex, high-value transactions using business and commercial banking products for new and existing clients.

  • Ensure high standards of service delivery across a portfolio of corporate relationships, supporting customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to compliance and operational procedures.

  • Contribute to strategic planning through stakeholder engagement and insights into market trends and client needs.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across our Business and Commercial Banking (BCB) division and within Credit, Product, and Relationship Management teams.

What You’ll Need

  • Leadership experience in asset finance, commercial finance, or leasing, with a proven sales or client-facing track record.

  • Proven experience leading strategic, high-value transactions from origination to completion.
